46 or about 31% of our Specialists achieved or exceeded their 2018 sales targets while 29% of our Team Managers achieved the same. Public HC Segment registered the most number of Specialist Quotabusters followed closely by the URO HC Segment. All Segments contributed quotabuster achievers this year.
However, only 4 out of 6 Segments registered Team Manager Quotabusters with Public HC, Theranostic CM and Uro HC contributed 3 each and 1 from the Thernostic PD. For the Segment Head level, only the Theranostic CM achieved his target.
Of the 46 Specialist Quotabusters, 12 came from Visayas, 11 from North Luzon, 8 each from South Luzon and Mindanao, and lagging behind is GMA with 7.
Noteworthy are the 22 quotabusters who were recognized as Early Bird Awardees. This means that they achieved their individual targets earlier than end of year deadline.
For the Hall of Fame Award, there are 9 Specialists, 2 Team Managers and 1 Segment Head who qualified for this sought after recognition. Two new members are part of this “magnificent 12” awardees.
A repeat winner of the Chairman’s Cup Award for the Public HC Visayas Team of TM Dinah Inopiquez.
The most coveted Star Specialist Award was recaptured by Marvin Quicay of Theranostic CM. He is the recipient of the same award in 2010. Marvin bested the other 3 Segment Specialists namely Gregorio Marquez of Theranostic PD, Ara Wenceslao of Uro HC and Kaithleen Delarosa of Public HC Segments.
Worthy to mention are the top 2 awardees for the Support Categories. Fleet Officer Reonald Cajayon won the Support Supervisor of the Year award and RA Specialist Jenet Laxamana went home with the Support Staff of the Year plum.
NMPC VOICES LAUNCHED
NMPC employees are not just good dancers but excellent singers too.
This year’s Nascon launched the company choir named NMPC Voices. Coming from different departments and work base, they joyfully hurdled the challenge of meeting together and rehearse for their special numbers for the Nascon.
Lupang Hinirang was hauntingly sang by the Voices during the Gabi ng Parangal. They rendered also an intermission number with their happy rendition of the Apo’s Metropop winning song “Ewan”. They were conducted during their performances by Mr. JR Torres of the Loboc Choir with Ms. Beth Torres as the choir master.
