I choose to stay with NMPC despite offers from other companies and the opportunity to work abroad as a nurse because NMPC is more than just a workplace to me – it is my home. I believe in the Company’s mission, values, and purpose, and I want to continue being part of its journey.

My journey at NMPC has helped me grow not only as a professional but also as a person. Over the years, I have gained confidence, resilience, leadership skills, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Most importantly, NMPC has inspired me to live out its mission of “Saving Lives and Improving Health – Katuwang sa Ligtas na Buhay.” Being part of an organization that has a positive impact on people’s lives gives meaning to the work I do every day and encourages me to keep growing and contributing to the company’s success.

Looking back, I am grateful for the abundance, stability, and blessings that NMPC has brought into our lives.

One of the things that makes me proud is being part of the anti-rabies vaccine business and helping make rabies treatment more accessible in the Philippines.

I had the opportunity to be involved in partnerships and initiatives with the Department of Health, including the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine. We started with initiatives focused on rabies information and management, and being part of these efforts allowed me to see how our work can contribute to a larger purpose: helping protect communities and preventing rabies fatalities.

Being part of a business that is not only focused on sales, but also contributes to public health, has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my journey with NMPC.

The reason why I stay is the Culture. It’s family with a purpose. NMPC demands high performance from everyone, but what makes it different from the other companies I worked for is that you will never face challenges alone. NMPC is always ready to support you.

In NMPC, you get to interact with a lot of people — some are more colorful than others. Some will teach you. Some will humble you. Some will make you laugh or share a laugh with you, especially in the middle of the most challenging days. Others will share your sufferings and your pains, and others will celebrate your wins and your victories.

To me, NMPC is more than just a company – it is my second home. My boss and colleagues always work as a team and never leave anyone behind.
