NATIONAL SALES CONFERENCE & KATUWANG AWARDS NIGHT 2025

On February 6-7 of 2025, NMPC management and employees gathered at Conrad Manila Hotel for the National Sales Conference. This 2025, the Company aims to foster the force of being “mabangis”. Contrary to its intimidating definition, the company is using “bangis” as a powerful movement to encourage everyone to be bolder and more agile in surpassing new limits.
Chairperson of the Board, Mr. Antonio I. Panajon welcomed the employees with an insightful message on how the prominent use of Artificial Intelligence has impacted our society. His message brought awareness to everyone on how technological advancement has altered the nature of work and livelihood. It also made us discern the shared responsibility we have in utilizing sophisticated technology. He left with a potent line, “we are agents of hope, answered prayer to many.”
Moreover, in facing the challenges that we will be taking on this year, Mr. Oscar Z. Siangco Jr., President, presented the “state of the company in 2024.” Equally exciting in his presentation was the list of strategies that we will implement to sustain the growth of the company and attain the 2.3Billion target this 2025.
Halfway through the day, synergy was evident with the successive sharing via NMPC Speaks of Comex Director, Ms. Emmabel Dela Cruz, Digital Marketing Manager Mr. Bryan Daniel Boado, and Sales and Marketing Manager of New Willore, Mr. Raymond Roque.
In the evening, the Katuwang Awards were given. NMPC acknowledged both operations and support partners who have shown their grit and passion that have made a significant impact in the organization in 2024. There was a total of 42 employees who received one or more award categories beaming with pride and confidence for their sterling performance.
MS Girlie Clarino of Theranostic Segment covering Cavite/Palawan Territories won the most coveted award of STAR SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR besting two other Segment Specialists of the Year winners – Krislyn Dagohoy of UroHealthcare and Jackie Cabanero of CPC.
TM Jackson Victorino of CPC North Luzon was awarded TEAM MANAGER OF THE YEAR.
The support partners were also given due recognition with Ms. Nharawadee Maas of Supply Chain Department as SUPPORT STAFF OF THE YEAR, Ms. Sayde Baladia of Finance Department as SUPPORT SUPERVISOR OF THE YEAR, and Mr. Raymond Roque of Salesforce Effectiveness as SUPPORT MANAGER OF THE YEAR.
Other equally important award categories were handed out giving recognition for individual and group achievements.
The night ended with a toast to share the joys of triumph and claim more victories.
2024 was indeed a year filled with challenges that ignited our passion and drive to embody our corporate mission of saving lives and improving Filipino Health. Struggles can never really be eliminated, but the abundant faith that we continue to display allows us to bounce back even stronger. NMPC will continue to fortify the members of the organization to work even more efficiently and effectively as we welcome a brand-new chapter filled with fresher outlook and bolder energy.
