Business Unit Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure sales revenue and profitability of the Business Unit
- Conceptualize sales policies and programs for the BU
- Review and approve structure of logistic management system whilst ensuring business unit’s operations alignment to the corporate structure
- Plan and evaluate prospective principals and corresponding portfolio for possible expansion of business
- Develop organic business and identify opportunities through new business
- Develop manpower and staffing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Course
- With at least 5 years related experience in the same capacity
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Strategic, analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Exposure on market assessment techniques and insights
- Effective negotiation, communication and people skills
